    Final reading:

    2. The Pastoral Council shall appoint two “Youth Representatives” to be members of the Council.  The Youth Representatives will be appointed for a one-year term, starting on July 1.  Any interested youth aged 15-18 will be asked to submit, in writing, a 50-word essay as to what they could bring to PPC or why they want to serve.  The positions will be advertised in April, with responses due May 31.  Appointees will be named at the June PPC meeting.  The Parish Youth Minister will be consulted in this process.

Argument for change: Due to the busy schedule of today’s youth, having two youth on PPC will help insure that there will be at least one youth present each month, as we have witnessed the past year
